Electrode-Type Water Level Sensor
The electrode-type water level sensor can be used in conjunction with various water level display instruments to enable remote water level monitoring, alarm, and automatic control of boilers and other water storage vessels. This ensures safe and reliable operation of boilers and storage containers.
The sensor housing contains at least two electrode rods of different lengths, each corresponding to a specific water level. One end of each electrode rod is fixed to the end plate with a threaded plug, and insulated sleeves are installed between the rods and the plugs. The electrode rods, insulating sleeves, threaded plugs, and end plate are all designed with tapered contact surfaces, ensuring stable performance, minimal error signals, simple structure, and long service life.
