This pressure transmitter adopts imported high-precision pressure sensors combined with advanced signal extraction and compensation technologies for temperature and linearity. It features a wide pressure and temperature range, high accuracy, superior stability, wear resistance, impact resistance, and strong corrosion protection. Designed to operate reliably in both high-temperature and extreme cold environments, it remains unaffected by ambient conditions.
The transmitter measures the pressure of gases, liquids, or steam, and converts it into standard industrial signals (4–20 mA current or 0–5 V voltage). It is available in various types, including capacitive, ceramic, strain gauge, and diffused silicon pressure transmitters. The sensing diaphragm directly converts applied pressure into an electrical signal via a Wheatstone bridge, which is amplified to produce industry-standard output.
Accuracy grades include 0.5%, 0.25%, and 0.1%, with higher grades delivering lower measurement errors. To ensure accuracy, each unit undergoes rigorous high/low temperature and aging tests with full temperature compensation.
